Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns of incorrectly ordered goods or goods no longer required must be cleared with us first. Either fill in the form on our 'Contact Us' page, or email before return (at your expense). Items must be returned in an unused and fully re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We also reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty, correctly supplied goods.
